BlackTornado Store is an online marketplace specializing in the sale of digital products, including but not limited to gaming accounts, digital game keys, gift cards, subscriptions, and other digital goods. All products sold on our platform are digital in nature and delivered electronically.

3. Account Registration

To make purchases on our platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Digital Products & Delivery

Please understand the following about our digital products:

  • All products are delivered digitally. You will receive your product details (account credentials, keys, codes, etc.) after successful payment.
  • Delivery is typically instant or within a short period after payment confirmation.
  • Some products may require specific regional activation. Please verify your region before purchasing.
  • Product availability is subject to stock and may change without prior notice.
  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to updates by the original publisher or platform.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and/or US Dollars (USD) as indicated.
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of purchase is the final price.
  • Discounts and promotions are applied at our sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
  • Payment must be completed in full before digital products are delivered.
  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

6. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled under strict conditions:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Non-functional accounts — the account credentials you received do not work or the account is inaccessible.
  • Invalid keys/codes — the key or activation code does not activate or has already been used.
  • Corrupted or wrong data — you received incorrect or corrupted product data that does not match your order.

NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • "Bought by mistake" or "Changed my mind" — since account credentials and product data are revealed upon delivery, we cannot process refunds for these reasons. The delivered data could have been copied, shared, or used.
  • Region mismatch — refund requests for region-locked products will not be honored if the product description clearly stated the region restriction.

Refund Process:

  • You can submit a refund request from the My Orders page within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds are currently available for Mobile Wallet and Instapay payments only.
  • All refund requests are reviewed by our team and you will receive an email with the outcome within 24-48 hours.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
  • We reserve the right to review and process refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

7. User Conduct

When using our platform, you agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Resell or redistribute products purchased from our store without authorization.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities, including chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered products.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our website.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused our services. In such cases, access to purchased products may be revoked without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and design elements, is the property of BlackTornado Store and is protected by intellectual property laws. Game titles, brands, and trademarks mentioned on our site belong to their respective owners. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher or platform unless explicitly stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

BlackTornado Store provides digital products "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the continuous availability of third-party platforms or services (such as Steam, Epic Games, EA, etc.). We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account bans or policy changes that may affect your purchased products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

We strive to provide accurate product information, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, prices, or availability information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed based on incorrect information. Your use of our website and services is at your own risk.
